Single-word Locator

My brother, Chris , came across this game on a newsgroup somewhere, credits to anonymous.   The object is to send a message to a friend, arranging a meeting at a specific location somewhere in the world.  You are only allowed to send a one-word message.  Your friend is aware of the intent of the game (that is, why you are telling him a single word).  What sort of places come to mind as good candidates for this?  Below are a few that my brother and I have come up with in the past:

      "Eiffel"
Okay, this may seem pretty obvious.  But does this mean to meet at the bottom of the Eiffel Tower, the top, the ticket booth, or what?

As a variation on the game, use a single word to specify a place AND time to meet.   I can imagine that the locations chosen might lean more toward historic places, which send a better hint as to a date.

      "Iwo"
Would you meet at the top of the famous Mt. Suribachi on Iwo Jima?   Or would you go to the Iwo Jima Memorial at Arlington National Cemetery, on the anniversary of the event depicted.  And at what time of day?

And what if the other person were a complete stranger?  Would that change your strategy?  Not only would you lose the benefit of shared knowledge and experiences, you wouldn't recognize each other when you got there.   The location would have to be specific enough that you could pick each other out in a crowd (or desolate enough that you are the only two there)...
